"The Garden Song" is 30 years old!
Named as one of the "fifty most famous folk songs of all time", "The Garden Song" was written by David Mallett and recorded on his first album in 1978. "The Garden Song" was covered by Pete Seeger on his 1979 album, Circles and Seasons, the first of over one hundred fifty versions that have been recorded.
